The one where Jennifer-Courtney share their secrets.
It’s been 20 years since “Friends” first introduced viewers to Rachel Green & Monica Geller — and the real-life bond between Jennifer Aniston & Courteney Cox has proven just as special!
When the duo first met on the sitcom set in 1994, no one could have predicted the massive success they’d enjoy or the unbreakable friendship they’d build.

Over the years, they’ve stood by each other through life’s highs & lows, celebrating milestones and supporting one another both personally and professionally.
Their ‘Love Language’ Revealed

Speaking to People while promoting her latest LolaVie launch, the Powder Perfect Dry Shampoo, Aniston opened up about the one thing she & Cox can’t stop talking about, and it might surprise you!
“We usually talk interior design,” she said. “It kind of bores people to tears when we get into a room together. But it’s what we love. It’s our love language.”
Aniston also credited Cox for teaching her countless lessons over the years, adding, “What haven’t I learned from Courtney?”
Bonding With Other Friends Too

Aniston’s inner circle also includes fellow beauty entrepreneur Selena Gomez, who she says has helped her navigate social media. “Selena helps me lean into social media,” Aniston told the outlet. “And she’s just an angel that I love to spend time with.”
“The Morning Show” star has also made Friendsgiving a beloved tradition, often hosting gatherings with Cox, Sandra Bullock, and other A-list pals.
Her 2024 celebration included a cozy night with friends, complete with Polaroid snapshots she shared on Instagram.
How Jennifer Unwinds Off-Camera
After long days on set or working with her LolaVie team, Aniston says her favorite way to unwind is by doing “nothing.” “I come home. I’m with my dogs. I’ll put on music,” she shared, naming Benson Boone, Alex Warner, Death Cab for Cutie, and Radiohead among her current favorites.

Looking ahead, Aniston is set to star in and executive produce an adaptation of Jennette McCurdy’s memoir “I’m Glad My Mom Died” — but no matter how busy her schedule gets, she’ll always find time for Cox and their shared “love language.”
Jennifer Aniston & Lisa Kudrow’s Heartfelt Tribute to Courteney Cox

But it’s not the first time the actresses have gushed over each other. When Courteney received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2023, Jen and fellow “Friends” co-star Lisa Kudrow, who played Phoebe Buffay, were right there as her most supportive friends.
The two delivered a touching speech celebrating Courteney as both an extraordinary actress and a cherished friend. In their joint remarks, Jen and Lisa said they were “honoured” to be considered her “co-workers, friends, family, [and] sisters.”

“To be friends with Courteney is to be family with Courteney. She is responsible for all of that. From the beginning of when we met her, she was immediately inclusive, warm, loving, interested in everything about you,” Jen said.
Lisa added that she was “deeply, deeply proud to know” Courteney and called the Scream star “the definition of a truly beautiful, talented and what’s most important, a truly good and decent human being.”
“We are so proud of you, we love you, you’re sisters from another mister and we love you,” Jen concluded.
And if you’re feeling extra nostalgic, cue up a “Friends” re-run and start streaming the beloved show all over again.
