The “Friends” alum, 56, is quietly dating New York-based hypnotist and life coach Jim Curtis, 49, sources exclusively confirmed to Us Weekly. The Emmy-winning actress has been quietly seeing Curtis.

How They Met: From Friends to Romance
According to the source, Aniston and Curtis “started off as friends but really hit it off” after being introduced by mutual friends. Over time, their connection deepened, and the relationship naturally evolved.
“They’ve been hanging out a lot, but very much on the DL at her home in L.A.,” the insider adds. “It’s very Zen, and she has always been very much into that. They’re a good match.”
First Sighting: An Intimate Holiday in Mallorca
As per Page Six, the pair was photographed together for the first time over the Fourth of July weekend while vacationing in Mallorca, Spain. They were seen spending time with Aniston’s longtime friend Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka. Though they’ve kept their meetups under wraps, Aniston and Curtis have shown quiet public support online.
Aniston has “liked” several of Curtis’ Instagram posts in recent months, including a July 2 video about recovering from “a divorce, breakup or difficult romance.” Curtis also returned the favor, liking a May 25 post from Aniston that featured a photo of his 2024 book, “Shift: Quantum Manifestation Guide”.

Curtis describes himself as a “wellness pioneer” and life coach. On his website, he writes:

The couple married in 2015 and split due to lifestyle differences, including their differing views on where to live. “Jen tried the whole living in New York City thing with Justin, but at heart, she is a California girl,” a source said in 2018 to US Weekly. “New York City just wasn’t ever going to be home for Jen.”
Despite the breakup, Aniston and Theroux, 53, have remained on good terms. In 2023, Theroux told The Times of London, “She is still very dear to me.”
