The wait is over, as Tyler Florence and “The Great Food Truck Race” 2025 are back with nine new teams competing in a race along the Atlantic coast. Season 18 premiered on Sunday, August 3, on Food Network, and we’ve got the full breakdown on when to watch and how to stream this new season.


When Does ‘The Great Food Truck Race’ 2025 Air?

It’s summertime, and that means it’s time for a new season of “The Great Food Truck Race” on Food Network. The new season kicked off on Sunday, August 3, as viewers will watch the food trucks travel to eight cities across the Southern Atlantic coast.

Season 18 consists of eight episodes, with the first two episodes being two-hour-long episodes that begin at 9 p.m. ET. Episodes 3 and 4 are each an hour-long, but will air back-to-back, from 9 to 11 p.m. ET.

From there, it looks like the remaining episodes will air each of the following weeks, starting at 9 p.m. ET, but Food Network hasn’t released the air dates for episodes 7 or 8 yet. Here are the details for each episode per Food Network:

  • Episode 1: August 3, “Surviving Savannah”
  • Episode 2: August 10, “Crushing Charleston”
  • Episode 3: August 17, “Son of a Myrtle Beach”
  • Episode 4: August 17 (10 p.m. ET), “Wilmington Revenge”
  • Episode 5: August 24, “Darlington Dash”
  • Episode 6: August 31, “Yes, Virginia, There Is a Beach”
  • Episode 7: TBD, but figuring it will air on September 7, “Bad News in Newport News”
  • Episode 8 (Finale): TBD, but figuring it will air on September 14, “Norfolk Fork-Off”

When watching live, “The Great Food Truck Race” 2025 will air on Food Network. It will also be available to stream the next day on HBO Max.

  • G’s Cheesesteaks from Staten Island, New York. The team members are Jack Pisano, Derek Booras, and Antonio Locke.
  • Good Fortune Company from Memphis, Tennessee. The team members are Arturo Leighton, Sarah Cai, and Christopher Fuse.
  • Nishaan from Brooklyn, New York. The team members are Zeeshan Bakhrani, Naoufal Bahloul, and Vidya Velayutham.
  • Rising Tiger from Longmont, Colorado. The team members are Devin Keopraphay, Ashley Morris, and Orian Muniz.
  • Stop Drop N Roll from Springfield, New Jersey. The team members are Mai-Linh Nguyen, Colleen Cooke, and Sarah Marable.
