PHOTOS: Mom & Daughter Christie Brinkley & Sailor Lee Brinkley Look Like Twins

“Dancing with the Star” alums Christie Brinkley and her daughter Sailor Lee Brinkley Cook look stunning and so much alike in their new photos. Sailor is Christie’s youngest of her three children and the daughter of Peter Cook. She was born in 1998.

Out of all of Brinkley’s children, Sailor is arguably the most similar to her in appearance. The pair have a striking resemblance, which the former supermodel reminded fans of when she posted several photos on Instagram on August 6.

Christie shared photos on Instagram from an event for Solving Kids Cancer, which she attended with Sailor. The pair pose for playful selfies and wear matching orange outfits by Donna Karan. They are beautiful and so alike, even their hair is similar and both opted for natural makeup.

“We can all be a rainbow for a child with cancer thanks to @donnakaranthewoman and @gabbykaran and their wonderful friends at @solvingkidscancer who with the money raised will invest in scientific research including immunotherapy, cancer vaccines, and new drugs,” Christie shared in the caption. “All giving hope to families in desperate need of hope and a cure for their precious beloved child. I am so grateful for the caring souls who work tirelessly and passionately on this most heartfelt mission. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.”

Fans have reacted to the post in the comment section, thanking Christie for the work she does to support this great cause and remarking on the beautiful outfits. “Great group of ladies, Wonderful event for a great cause, loved the fashion show and delicious lunch,” a comment reads. “Stunning,” another person shared.

The pictures also give a better look at the close bond Christie and Sailor share.

Like her mom, Sailor is a model and signed to IMG when she was a teenager. “Her biggest advice when it comes to being on a set would be just to be as gracious as you can. I always try and introduce myself to everyone in the room. And I always try and acknowledge everyone in the room,” Sailor told People in February 2023. “Because I mean, my job is almost pretty much the easiest.”

She continued, “That’s what she taught me, is to really acknowledge my surroundings while I’m in it and not be a diva and have fun with the creatives that I’m working with.”

The wisdom goes both ways because Christie has credited her daughter for helping her embrace who she is. “Sailor is very strong and, you know, she has very strong opinions about feeling good about yourself because she’s gone through strong feelings [of] not feeling good about herself,” she told People in May 2024. “So, she’s really into empowering herself to feel confident and good. And she’ll say to me if ever I’m doubtful, ‘Mom, you’re beautiful, embrace it, you know, go with it, lean into it.'”
