Wynonna Judd, Sara Evans Lead Star-Studded Country Lineup at CMA Fest’s Ascend Amphitheater

Wynonna Judd, Sara Evans, and a lineup of powerhouse performers are set to take the CMA Fest 2025, with a newly announced schedule for the Ascend Amphitheater in downtown Nashville. The three-night series, running June 6–9, complements the larger CMA Fest celebration taking place across the city.

The outdoor venue will once again host the “Ascend Amphitheater Presented by SoFi” concert series, offering nightly performances beneath the Nashville skyline. This year’s lineup features a mix of established stars, emerging artists and special collaborations that highlight the broad spectrum of country music.


Country Legends to Shine at Ascend Amphitheater


Wynonna Judd, known for her commanding vocals and enduring legacy as one-half of The Judds, will perform Saturday, June 8. In recent years, Judd has honored her late mother Naomi through tribute tours and special appearances, keeping their music alive for longtime fans and new audiences alike.

She will be joined by Sara Evans, whose hits such as “Suds in the Bucket” and “A Real Fine Place to Start” have made her a staple in country music for more than two decades. Evans received the 2023 Artist Career Achievement Award from the Country Radio Broadcasters, further solidifying her influence in the genre.

Their joint appearance brings together two of country’s most iconic voices, offering a nostalgic yet fresh experience for fans of all ages.


Four Nights of Music in the Heart of Nashville


The Ascend Amphitheater shows are free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Performances begin at 7 p.m. nightly, with gates opening at 6 p.m.

The current lineup includes:

  • Friday, June 7: Jake Owen and Friends featuring Carter Faith, Max McNown, Lukas Nelson, Wynn Williams, and more
  • Saturday, June 8: Wynonna Judd, Madeline Edwards, Sara Evans, Noah Cyrus, The War and Treat,y and others

Tickets for select CMA Fest events go on sale to the public Friday, April 18, at 10 a.m. CT, with prices starting at $17. Fans can purchase tickets and view the complete festival schedule at CMAfest.com. Additional artist announcements are expected in the coming weeks.
