Paige DeSorbo has been quietly building her dream life in New York City—and now fans are finally getting a peek inside. The “Summer House” alum has been sharing glimpses of her stunning apartment on her Instagram stories since moving in April 2024, and it’s safe to say the space is just as stylish as her wardrobe.

DeSorbo’s posts often feature outfit-of-the-day videos, but her backdrop has become just as buzzworthy. In one video, she stood on parquet floors with a cozy white couch behind her, draped in a throw blanket and perched atop a light blue rug. Golden wall sconces, ornate tray ceilings, and super-tall doors complete the ultra-luxe aesthetic. Though DeSorbo was front and center, fans couldn’t help but zero in on the dreamy apartment details.

More recently, she gave another look at her living room while modeling sleepwear from her line—named after her cat, Daphne. In the background, viewers spotted a statement fireplace mantle flanked by crystal-covered sconces, a large mirror, and that same oversized couch she proudly told People was big enough for group hangs.

“Living in New York, you never get to have a sectional,” she said. “I just really wanted one so that when people came over everyone could lay on the couch.”

The room’s cohesive color palette—whites, beiges, and soft baby blues—makes it feel calm but elevated.

Daphne, of course, gets the VIP treatment. In a November 2024 Instagram post, DeSorbo shared a photo of the white cat curled up on a fluffy bed atop the windowsill.

In a September 2024 interview with People, DeSorbo revealed there’s more to the story than just great taste. The “Giggly Squad” cohost had admired the building for years before moving in—without even realizing it at first. “I used to look into the building and just be like, ‘Oh, my God, I love this so much. I would die to live there,’” she said.

When her real estate agent took her to tour the unit earlier this year, it all clicked. “Right when I stepped in the door I was like, ‘No, sorry, I need this apartment,’” DeSorbo said. “It truly was fate.”

With help from CB2, she transformed the space into what she calls her “ultimate princess palace.” Inspired by Parisian interiors, she kept the larger furniture neutral and added touches of baby blue through a velvet bedroom sofa and a living room rug. A cascading chandelier adds a dose of glam, while built-in fireplaces in both the living room and bedroom act as architectural centerpieces.

“I didn’t want to disrespect the charm of the space,” she said, adding that her design approach was about enhancing—not overpowering—the apartment’s existing character. As for Daphne? “This is really Daphne’s apartment and she just lets me stay here,” she joked. “And honestly, I kind of did [get her to match].
