Madison LeCroy shared a happy family update with fans. On July 13, the “Southern Charm” star revealed that her newborn baby girl, Teddi, is finally at home after spending two weeks in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at the hospital.
LeCroy and her husband, Brett Randle, welcomed their first daughter on June 29 after the Bravo star underwent a C-section at 34 weeks of pregnancy. “She’s a little,” LeCroy, 34, told Us Weekly, just after her daughter’s birth. “She’s only five pounds, but she’s breathing on her own and hasn’t needed any oxygen or anything like that. She’s kind of a little trooper.”
After sharing updates from the hospital, the new mom teased that her daughter would come home soon. “Good news, y’all, looks like our Teddi girl will be home by Monday! Counting down the minutes,” LeCroy shared on her Instagram stories on July 11.

In a photo shared to Instagram on July 13, LeCroy and her husband posed with baby Teddi, LeCroy’s son, Hudson, and the family dog, Karen, in front of the Charleston, SC, home they recently moved into.
A second photo showed Hudson, 12, snuggling his baby sister while sitting in the backyard on a patio chair. LeCroy also shared a close-up video of baby Teddi sleeping peacefully at home.
“We’re finally home… all together. 🤍,” LeCroy captioned the sweet slideshow. “After 2 weeks of back and forth to the NICU, today we brought our sweet Teddi girl home, and I truly don’t have the words (but I’ll try). Watching Hudson hold his baby sister, seeing Brett step into this role with so much love, and just standing in my doorway with my arms full and my heart even fuller… this is it. This is the life I’ve prayed for, dreamed of, and now finally get to live.”
The ”Southern Charm” star added that she feels “whole” and “at peace” now.

Madison LeCroy Wants More Babies
BravoLeCroy has talked about how lucky she is to have both a son and a daughter. “I didn’t think I was going to get both [a boy and a girl], to be honest. So I’m very lucky to be able to experience it,” she told the New York Post shortly after Teddi’s birth.
She also revealed that she plans to expand her family with Randle. “We really did this. Starting our family and I’ve never felt more proud of us! Now let’s do it 3 more x,” she wrote on Instagram after welcoming her daughter, per BravoTV.com.
Just after Teddi’s birth, LeCroy also told Us Weekly, “I’m already, like, planning the third. I’m like, ‘We gotta do this again.’ This is so fun.”
