‘Summer House’ Star Breaks Silence on Past Relationship With Famous Ex

Lexi Wood opened up about her past relationship with Brooklyn Beckham.

During an April 9 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” the 26-year-old ”Summer House” star was asked if she still talks to the eldest son of  Victoria and David Beckham, whom she was linked to in 2018 when she was a teen.

On the live WWHL episode,  host Andy Cohen asked Wood if she had heard from “her ex, Brooklyn Beckham” since she joined the cast of “Summer House.” “No, and I like it that way,” Wood replied. “He has a whole life, and I love that for him.”

Cohen then asked the Canadian model if her relationship with Beckham was a “long” one. “It was longer than people think, for sure,” she said. “I want nothing but the best for him. He’s great and his family, yeah.”

After Cohen asked Wood if the relationship lasted for “over a year,” she hesitantly replied, “Yeah.” She noted that her relationship with Beckham did not go on for more than two years.

When she made her debut on “Summer House,” Wood’s past romances were a topic of discussion among her castmates. In one episode of the Bravo reality show, Paige DeSorbo and Amanda Batula dished that their new roommate previously dated Beckham and “Kaia Gerber’s brother,” Presley.

According to BravoTV.com, Wood and Beckham were spotted out together multiple times in 2018 but never publicly addressed their relationship status.

In 2022, Wood had a short-lived romance with Presley Gerber, the son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber. The relationship ended in August 2022, one month after the pair went Instagram official with their romance, according to E! News. At the time, a source said Wood initiated the breakup.

Beckham, now 26, previously dated actress Chloe Grace Moretz when he was a teenager. But in April 2018, People magazine posted PDA photos of Beckham and Wood at a West Hollywood tattoo parlor. At the time, the status of his on-and-off romance with Moretz was still in question.

In July of that year, Wood and Beckham were photographed together again following a “date night”  at Tao in Los Angeles.  The Daily Mail posted photos of the outing and described Wood as Beckham’s “old flame.”

Around that same time, Moretz addressed the end of her relationship with Beckham in an interview with The Sunday Times’ Style magazine. The actress noted that she found out about “90 percent of things” by being tagged on social media. ‘I’m not a big fan of PDAs in general. I personally don’t want to see people posted all over my phone making out,” she added.

In 2019, Beckham began dating Nicola Peltz. He exchanged marriage vows with Peltz in a star-studded wedding ceremony at her family’s Palm Beach estate in April 2022, according to Vogue.

During her time on “Summer House,” Wood dated her co-star Jesse Solomon.
