Lala Kent Reveals Plans For Baby No. 3

Lala Kent may already be a mom of two, but “The Valley” star has made it clear she’s not done growing her family.

The reality personality opened up about her baby plans during the July 28 episode of her “Give Them Lala” podcast, revealing she hopes to conceive again in May 2026.

Lala Kent Looks Ahead to Baby No. 3

Kent, 34, shared the news with her brother and podcast cohost, Easton Burningham, while referencing a popular superstition.

“I looked into this,” she said. “I was with a friend of mine, and she goes off of the Chinese gender calendar. And I told her, I said, ‘Next May is when I would like to start trying to get pregnant.’ She goes, ‘If you do conceive in May, you’ll have a boy’… I was, like, ‘Maybe I do… maybe I’m OK with a boy…’ And then we would call it a day.”

Kent welcomed her first daughter, Ocean Kent Emmett, in March 2021 with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett. Her second daughter, Sosa Kent, arrived in September 2024, and was conceived via Intrauterine Insemination (IUI). The Bravo alum frequently refers to her children as her “pod,” and wants to keep the age gap between siblings relatively small.

Why Lala Thinks a Baby Boy Would Complete Her Family

Easton voiced his support for the idea of Kent having a son, emphasizing what it could mean for family dynamics. “I just would love for you to have a boy,” he told her. “I think the structure of the family would be…”

“Well balanced,” Kent interjected.

“Yes, the sisters put him in check, like Sosa and Ocean would put him in check, but when there is danger, that is the dude putting everything else in check,” Easton said.

Kent agreed, but emphasized she’s open to any outcome. “What’s meant to be will be,” she said. “Whatever god intends.”

In a July interview with Parents magazine, Kent elaborated on why she wants to get pregnant in the next year. “I just don’t think I’m done. I think I need one more,” she said. “I am loving it so much that I’m not ready for the stages to be over as they pass.”

She also explained she prefers a smaller age gap between her kids.

“I think that’s a good age gap. I didn’t love that Ocean and Sosa are three and a half years apart,” she said. “I like sticking to the two-and-a-half range. But you know what? The universe has a plan for me, and we just roll with it.”
