RHOBH Star Files for Divorce

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley filed for divorce, as reported by TMZ.

The publication reported that Kemsley filed on April 25, 2025, 11 months after she and her estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, confirmed they had separated. According to TMZ, Dorit Kemsley is seeking “sole legal and physical custody of” the couple’s son, Jagger, 11, and daughter, Phoenix, 9. The publication also reported that Dorit Kemsley requested “spousal support.”

The former couple wed in 2015.

Dorit Kemsley Has Been Open About Her Separation From PK Kemsley

Dorit Kemsley was open about her separation from her estranged husband while filming RHOBH season 14. Dorit Kemsley shared where she stood with PK Kemsley during a March 2025 interview on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.” According to Dorit Kemsley, they had not spoken about getting a divorce. She clarified, however, that they were not in communication.

In a November 2024 interview on “Bravo’s Hot Mic” podcast, Dorit Kemsley said her separation from her estranged husband “was actually his idea.”

“I was taken aback,” said Dorit Kemsley.

She clarified that she agreed with his decision to separate, even though she “probably would have tried to work it out together” for the sake of their children. She also shared why she and PK Kemsley split.

“It’s just a series of things that end up building over years. You build resentment. And if that’s not cleared out, you know, you are left with holding onto negative feelings about your partner,” said Dorit Kemsley on the podcast.

While recording the interview, Dorit Kemsley shared whether she believed she would mend her marriage.

“I can’t say there isn’t a chance because we aren’t getting a divorce right now. But I don’t know. I really don’t know. I think there’s always a chance for anything,” said Dorit Kemsley during the November 2024 interview.

PK Kemsley Spoke About His Dynamic With Dorit Kemsley

PK Kemsley spoke about his dynamic with his estranged wife in a March 2025 interview with Us Weekly. He said while the separation has been “tough,” he and Dorit Kemsley are “getting through it.”

“It’s not easy. But it’s not horrible. She’s still Dorit. She’s still fabulous,” said PK Kemsley to the publication.

In addition, PK Kemsley said that he and Dorit Kemsley were working together to co-parent their son and daughter. PK Kemsley also let RHOBH fans know that the show’s 14th season was likely his last time filming for the Bravo series. He clarified that he would do whatever he could to support Dorit Kemsley.

TMZ reported PK Kemsley was spotted sharing a kiss with former “Amazing Race” contestant, Shana Wall, on April 24.
