Andy Cohen may have a net worth of millions, but his two children are as down-to-earth as they come.
On April 28, the Bravo host uploaded a sweet video to his Instagram account after he asked his daughter Lucy what she wanted for her third birthday.
Lucy turned 3 years old on April 29. Cohen is also a father to a son, Ben, 6.
Lucy Cohen Wanted 1 Thing for Her Birthday & It Wasn’t a Toy
In the video shared with fans, Cohen asked his daughter what type of gift she wanted for her special day. “Lucy, it’s your third birthday tomorrow; what do you want for your birthday?” the “Watch What Happens Live” host asked.
Little Lucy’s reply showed that she is very practical. “Underwear,” she told her famous dad.
“Underwear?” Cohen asked, adding “What else do you want besides underwear?”
“Underwear,” the toddler insisted.
After Cohen confirmed that all Lucy wanted was more underwear, he said, “OK. Well, that’s easy. Just…the underwear is all you want? OK, great. Sounds great.”
Cohen captioned the clip to note how easy his daughter is. “A low maintenance child… for now! 🎈,” the Bravo producer wrote.
Andy Cohen’s Son Ben Said He Loves the Earth
Not only is Lucy sweet as pie, but her big brother is a kind and gentle soul, too. A few days prior, Cohen posted a video as he chatted with his son about Earth Day. Ben noted that Earth Day, which falls on April 22, was one of his “favorite holidays.”
The little boy also said how much he cares about the planet Earth, and how it bothers him that “bad guys” make a mess and litter at the park and other outdoor places. “I don’t like bad guys. They always hurt the Earth,” Ben said. “They litter every day.” He also noted that he cares about the Earth “because it’s the only Earth that we got.”
Cohen seemed very proud of his young son’s wise words. In the comment section, some fans remarked that the child is smarter than some politicians.
Cohen previously opened up about his life as a single father and the worry that it sometimes brings him. In 2024, he appeared on David Duchovny’s “Fail Better” podcast and admitted he sometimes stays awake at night with worry. “Everything from what kind of world am I bringing my child into to, you know, what’s gonna happen to us? What happens if something happens to me? Are they gonna be okay?” Cohen shared. “I mean, there’s a whole world of worry that I never had.”
