Abi Carter’s Fans Are Excited About the Tour News

After winning “American Idol” in May 2024, Carter performed at Acrisure Arena in July. She also released her first song since winning the show, “Peppermint Sky,” in July 2024.

She told the crowd at the Acrisure Arena how she remembered when it was being built while she was a student at Cal State San Bernardino’s Palm Desert Campus.

“I remember thinking to myself that if I ever did get that chance to be an artist, to be a singer, to be a performer, the day that I got to play here was the day that I would’ve considered myself having made it,” she told the audience.

Carter noted, “To go from singing at the street fair in Palm Springs to be headlining here at Acrisure Arena, is this not the most amazing thing that’s ever happened?”

Fans shared their excitement about the tour on Carter’s Instagram announcement. Comments included, “I am unwell, but also so well,” “And magically, my seasonal depression is cured,” and “I’m so proud of you Abi!!!”

One fan pointed out: “First tour date Feb 25th is also the one year anniversary since we were introduced to her.”
