Sofia Vergara is easing back into her fitness routine following knee surgery. On July 30, the “America’s Got Talent“ judge shared a behind-the-scenes look at her physical therapy session at Milano Physical Therapy in Chula Vista, California.
As per OK magazine, in the mirror selfie, Vergara can be seen lying face down on a treatment table in chocolate brown leggings and a matching long-sleeve top as physical therapist Marco Milano worked on her legs.

The “Modern Family” alum surprised fans on July 25 with a health update via Instagram, revealing that she had another procedure on her right knee. “It’s done! Round 2 🙏🏼❤️❤️ #knee,” she wrote in the caption. Among the many supporters was fellow “America’s Got Talent” star Terry Crews, who commented: “❤️❤️❤️ proud of you!”
The 53-year-old star shared two photos, a hospital selfie with a blue gown and wristband, and a close-up of her bandaged knee, wrapped in a gray brace.
